Designing for 30′, 50′, and 80′ Frontages
Frontage width changes everything — from classical order on a narrow plot to layered modern volumes on a wide street face.
A 30′ classical front asks for vertical emphasis, refined ironwork, and a composed entry. There is little room for wasted gesture — every moulding must earn its place.
At 50′ we begin to layer: balconies, screens, and dual material fields. At 80′, the façade becomes a skyline of its own — horizontal frames, timber soffits, and landscape planters that break the mass.
